Sparring is ongoing: a monthly meeting reviewing current decisions. The strategy project is a one-off: building a roadmap for the next 6–12 months. Most clients start with the strategy project and continue with sparring.
Yes, most consulting is handled remotely via video meetings. Bigger strategy projects can include a workshop at the client's office if location allows.
In sparring there's no long commitment – you can cancel with 30 days' notice after the initial 3-month period. For strategy and audit projects we offer a money-back guarantee: if after the first two meetings you feel the work isn't worth its price, we stop and refund the payment.
