For e-commerce: growth from every click.

In e-commerce the margin is precise — every euro of ad spend, every second of load time, every percentage point of conversion. We optimize so that ROAS improves, not just traffic.

E-commerce challenges are unique

Every percentage-point improvement shows up directly in the bank, but every second of load time burns money just as directly. Recognize any of these?

KIP-01

ROAS drops even as traffic grows

You get more visitors but sales don't grow proportionally. Ad targeting, page conversion or tracking — something is broken, but it's hard to say what.

KIP-02

Ad campaigns learn slowly

iOS limits and the disappearance of cookies have wrecked Meta's and Google's learning processes. Tracking doesn't show correctly, and the algorithm makes decisions on incomplete data.

KIP-03

The cart is abandoned before payment

Visitors arrive, the product goes into the cart, but the payment step kills the purchase. Too many fields, slow load, confusing payment options — even single barriers kill conversion.

KIP-04

The e-commerce platform is stuck

WooCommerce, Shopify, an old custom solution — the platform works, but it's slow and hard to optimize. Migration is a big project, but the current state burns money every month.

What we do for online stores

In e-commerce, growth is built as the interplay of tech, data and optimization. A single weak link — slow page, broken tracking, confusing checkout — drags down the rest.

  • Technical optimization — Mobile page speed under 2 seconds. Core Web Vitals criteria met. This alone improves Google Ads outcomes and conversion.
  • Server-side tracking and Conversion API — iOS limits no longer hide conversions. Meta and Google actually see what's happening and learn to optimize correctly.
  • Product page and checkout optimization — Conversion optimization has the highest ROI in e-commerce. Far faster than adding traffic.
  • Google Shopping and Performance Max — Today's lead campaigns for e-commerce. Requires properly configured feeds, a strong merchant center and tracking that actually works.
  • Meta advertising visuals-first — Product image quality variation, dynamic product campaigns, retargeting strategies. In e-commerce, Meta is often a big part of the mix.
  • Email and marketing automation — Support functions: abandoned carts, order confirmations, customer recovery. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Active Campaign — integrated to the e-commerce platform.

Paleokauppa · online store

E-commerce · Technical rebuild + Ads + tracking · 6 mo
11×
Sales growth in six months

Online store Paleokauppa's sales grew elevenfold in six months. The implementation was comprehensive: the store was rebuilt from the technical foundation, product pages and checkout were optimized, server-side tracking ensured precise measurement, and Google Ads + Meta campaigns were optimized together. The single biggest factor was not more traffic, but a radical improvement in conversion.

E-commerce package from €600/mo + VAT

From
€600/mo + VAT

A package tailored for e-commerce is usually broader than starter packages tailored for local service businesses because technical optimization, advertising and tracking are all central. Ad budget is usually larger (€1,500–8,000/mo), since it directly determines sales volume. Building or rebuilding a store is a separate project — get a quote based on your situation.

What the package includes
  • Technical optimization of the store
  • Google Ads (including Shopping and Performance Max)
  • Meta advertising with dynamic product campaigns
  • Server-side tracking and Conversion API
  • Conversion optimization (product pages, checkout)
  • Email automation basics
  • Monthly report and meeting

Monthly meeting and report. Winning campaigns get more budget, losing ones are pruned. Conversion optimization is continuous.

Answers to the key questions

Do you also build the store, or only the marketing?

Both. Most clients come with an existing store and we focus on marketing and optimization. Sometimes the store is worth rebuilding because the technical foundation can't hold up — this is done as a separate fixed-price project.

Which platforms do you support?

Our main work is on Shopify and WooCommerce, the most common e-commerce platforms in Finland. Custom platforms and other solutions (Magento, Centra, etc.) we support case by case — we go through the situation in the discovery call.

How much ad budget is needed?

In e-commerce the ad budget directly determines sales volume. With most of our clients the starting budget is €1,500–3,000/mo and grows with results. With good ROAS the budget pays for itself — a good rule of thumb is 3:1 ROAS as a minimum, often targeting 5:1+.

What does the Conversion API do for an online store?

Server-side tracking bypasses browser and iOS privacy limits and ensures Meta and Google see sales correctly. Without it, reporting can be 30–50% under-counted, and algorithm learning suffers. This is an essential element of modern e-commerce advertising.

Does your service work for small stores (under 100 orders/mo)?

It works, but it's worth discussing the order in which things are done. For a small store we typically recommend focusing first on product page and basic on-site optimization, plus Meta advertising — these bring quick improvements. A big Performance Max campaign needs more sales data to operate optimally.

What if we already have an ad agency?

Fits. We can collaborate — for example we handle technical optimization and tracking, the ad agency runs the campaigns. Or we take over the whole. We go through the situation in the discovery call and tell you the most sensible model.
